SHOP POLICIES

RETURNS: Jennifer will allow returns on damaged pieces or work that is not as described. Please contact Jennifer within 7 days of receiving your item if you are not happy with your purchase and she will make arrangements to resolve your concerns. Returns for any other reason are the responsibility of the customer to safely package and pay for the shipping and insurance on the return. Once Jennifer receives the item, she will offer a refund, less a 10% restocking fee.

SHIPPING: Jennifer Spring Ceramics ships to US and Canada. All ready to ship works takes 3 to 5 days to process. Please double check your shipping address to make sure it's accurate and accepts deliveries from USPS and UPS. If an items is returned as undeliverable, Jennifer will contact the customer to offer a refund or request additional funds to reship the item. Items shipping to Canada have an added fee to cover duty and import tax. In some instances the fees far exceed what Jennifer estimates, especially on heavy orders, and Jennifer will communicate directly with the customer to request additional funds. Jennifer has successfully packaged and shipped her ceramics for more than 6 years and she takes precaution to insure pieces don't break in shipping. All work is insured in the event that work is damaged or lost in shipment. If an item arrived damaged, please photograph the box and its contents and contact Jennifer to file a claim.

PRIVACY: Jennifer uses customer information to communicate upcoming product release or resolve questions about an order. All email regarding products releases are optional and require opt in, customers can unsubscribe at any time.  Jennifer does not sell customer information to any third parties.
